Terms of Service

1 · Who you are buying from
Gastronomy Under One Hour is operated by [TRADER LEGAL NAME], established at [BUSINESS ADDRESS], Netherlands, KvK [NUMBER], VAT [BTW-ID] ("we"). Contact: [email protected]. Dutch law applies; if you are a consumer, the mandatory protections of your country of residence remain yours.
2 · What the service is — and what it needs
The service is a cooking agent: a connector URL you add to your own Claude account. It gives your Claude access to our hand-built flavor graph, recipe architecture, chef archetypes, and your personal shelf. You need your own Claude account (a product of Anthropic PBC — we are independent and not affiliated with, or endorsed by, Anthropic). Your Claude subscription and its usage limits are between you and Anthropic; our fee never covers Claude usage.
3 · Price, payment, renewal
- €25 per year, or €2.99 per month — both VAT-inclusive. Payment is processed by Stripe; your card details never touch our servers.
- Pressing the payment button places an order with an obligation to pay.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the then-current price of your plan — never with a mid-term increase. After a yearly term renews, Dutch law (and this contract) lets you cancel the renewed term at any time with at most one month's notice, refunded pro rata for whole unused months. Monthly plans cancel any time, effective at the end of the paid month.
4 · Your right to change your mind
- Statutory 14-day withdrawal. As an EU consumer you may withdraw within 14 days of purchase without giving a reason. The service starts immediately — at checkout you expressly consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that, if you withdraw within the 14 days after use has begun, we may deduct a proportionate amount for the period already provided.
- Our 30-day promise (goes further). Within 30 days of first purchase, write to us and we refund the full amount — no proportionate deduction, no reason needed. Where the 30-day promise is more generous than the statutory right, the promise applies; it never limits your statutory rights.
5 · Cooking is yours
Recipes and technique guidance are generated suggestions against a hand-built knowledge graph. You are the cook: check ingredients against your own allergies and intolerances before cooking, handle raw ingredients safely, and use your judgment at the stove. The agent records the aversions and allergies you choose to tell it so it can compose around them, but it cannot see your kitchen — final responsibility for what you cook and eat stays with you.
6 · Availability
We aim to keep the connector available continuously but do not promise uninterrupted service; the experience also depends on Claude and on Anthropic's services, which we do not control. Planned maintenance is kept short. If the service is unavailable for a prolonged period during a paid term, contact us — we will find a fair solution (extension or pro-rata refund).
7 · Your shelf, our graph
Everything you put in — your table facts, your cooked dishes, your scores — remains yours; you can export it or ask us to delete it (see the privacy policy). The flavor graph, recipe architecture, archetypes, and all service content remain ours; your subscription is a personal, non-transferable licence to use them for home cooking, not to resell, scrape, or redistribute them.
8 · If something goes wrong between us
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited (including intent or deliberate recklessness). Otherwise our liability is capped at the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the event. Dutch law governs; disputes go to the competent Dutch court, and consumers may also use the courts of their own residence.
9 · Changes
We may update these terms; material changes are announced by email at least one month ahead. If a change is to your disadvantage, you may cancel before it takes effect and receive a pro-rata refund of any prepaid period.
